With such a large panel of lenders to choose from No Deposit(subject to application and lender guidelines). The most common deposit amount required would generally range between 10%-20% depending on the lender. This can sometimes be achieved by using equity from an existing property.
LMI stands for Lenders Mortgage Insurance and is designed to provide lenders with an additional level of protection in the event the borrower defaults (doesn’t repay) the loan.
